Venue Hire

Whether it’s a meeting, seminar, workshop or conference, The Phil Martin Centre provides a friendly and professional environment for your event.

Our spacious Centre is equipped to meet today’s AV requirements, e.g. laptops, projectors and screens and public address and hearing-loop systems. The room is approximately 110 square metres, seating up to 50 people.

Room hire rates are £20 per hour, discounted to £10 per hour for local voluntary and community groups. For health and safety and licensing reasons, the room cannot be used for parties with music or alcohol or children’s activities. If you wish to hire the room on a regular basis, it would be subject to negotiation and contract terms.

It is on the main road into Manchester from the south (Princess Road / A56) and easy to find and free local parking is available. It is accessible, but the entrance uses a temporary ramp for access from the street.
